Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Nights

Select Medical is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Westampton, New Jersey.

Job Summary:

We are committed to providing exceptional patient care and are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to care for our critically ill patients. As a Registered Nurse (RN) Nights, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action to prevent or mitigate them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Valid State RN License
  • BLS Certification
  • ACLS Certification within 6 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Clinical experience in critical care or long-term acute care
