Job Title: Registered Nurse - Nights

Select Medical is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Hainesport, New Jersey. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our Long Term Acute Care unit.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize care accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Valid State RN License
  • BLS Certification
  • ACLS Certification within 6 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Clinical experience in Long Term Acute Care or Critical Care
