Job Title: Registered Nurse - Nights

Select Medical is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Hainesport, New Jersey. As a critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in our Long Term Acute Care unit.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in our Long Term Acute Care unit.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Valid State RN License.
  • BLS certification at hire.
  • ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate up to $57 per hour.
  • Shift differentials for nights and weekends.
  • Sign-on bonus of $15,000.00.
  • Full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, and short and long-term disability.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and Extended Illness Days (EID).
