Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in the healthcare sector? We are in search of a Nutritional Services Manager to enhance our dedicated team. Our organization is committed to supporting our staff in achieving the Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential while they work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and conduct care planning and assessment activities
  • Maintain comprehensive records of residents' dietary preferences
  • Assist in formulating dietary evaluations and plans tailored for each resident
  • Engage residents and their families in the care planning discussions
  • Ensure that dietary staff adhere to care plans during daily operations
  • Regularly review and update care plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with nursing personnel to resolve any dietary concerns
  • Provide essential equipment and utensils for resident use
  • Carry out additional assigned responsibilities as needed

Qualifications and Education:

  • Completion of an accredited dietetic training program
  • Registered as a Food Service Director in Pennsylvania
  • At least two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
  • Training in cost management, food service operations, and dietary therapy
  • Experience in long-term care environments is advantageous
