Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping products to our customers and branches. You will work on several different teams as needed, including Receiving/Put Away, Order Selection, and Shipping.
Responsibilities
- Picking and packing products for shipping
- Verifying orders and correcting discrepancies
- Boxing orders in correct containers or boxes with correct documentation and applying address labels
- Informing managers, supervisors, or coordinators of stock-outs
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- The ability to communicate effectively with managers and peers on a daily basis
- The ability to meet and exceed production goals
- Basic reading and mathematics ability
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy in work assignments
- Working cooperatively as a member of a team and participating in team meetings
Preferred Qualifications
- Inventory and warehouse management system experience
