This role operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Identify and engage potential strategic clients, including franchise organizations, industry associations, and corporate offices within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector to foster growth.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ascertain customer requirements and ensure solutions are tailored to meet their needs.
  • Act as the primary liaison for designated brands, cultivating robust relationships and delivering continuous support and guidance.
  • Enhance customer engagement through the development of joint marketing initiatives, co-branded materials, and demand generation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong program management capabilities, with the ability to oversee customer projects from initial planning through implementation and success measurement.
  • A reputation as a trusted advisor, skilled in prioritizing initiatives amidst competing demands and resources, and leveraging data to support recommendations.
