Your Impact:

As an HVAC Technician at ABC, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while performing high-quality maintenance, repairs, installations, and replacements for all heating and cooling systems.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Residential HVAC Installation.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license issued at least five years prior to application.
  • Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local codes and safety regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively on the job.
  • Current TDLR registration and EPA universal certification.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using electronic devices and applications for effective communication.
  • Ability to manage workload, work under pressure, and handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
  • Dependable and self-motivated, with a commitment to year-round work.
  • Willingness to work in various conditions, including extreme temperatures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive installation tasks including equipment removal, duct repair/replacement, soldering, venting, refrigerant leak detection, and system parameter measurements.
  • Diagnose issues in HVAC systems and provide recommendations as needed.
  • Collaborate with inspectors, suppliers, and team members to ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Maintain effective communication with supervisors, dispatchers, and customers throughout the service process.
  • Train and guide any assigned helpers in best practices.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor with customers and colleagues at all times.
