Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Server to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Part-Time Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of orders.
  • Anticipate and address guests' needs, providing personalized service and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of related work experience in a food and beverage service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a busy restaurant setting.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
