Search Masters, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Metallurgist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing, modifying, and improving processes associated with the production of seamless rolled rings and other open-die forgings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve metallurgical issues
  • Own new part introduction process for customers and act as primary technician liaison

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of process metallurgy experience
  • Experience with heavy alloys metals: forgings, castings, steel, super alloys
  • Bachelor of Science in Metallurgy or Material Science required
