**Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee department safety compliance and EPA regulations

* Forecast manpower

**Requirements:**

* 5+ years of experience in HVAC management

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an advanced sense of urgency
