About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Doughnut Production Specialist to join our team at Kremeworks - Hawaii. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing all products, including doughnuts, fillings, icings, and brews, to meet our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Preparation: Prepare all ingredients necessary for doughnut production, including brew, dough, glaze, fillings, and icings, according to our recipes.
  • Recipe Adherence: Accurately follow prescribed recipes without exception to ensure consistency and quality in our products.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate doughnut-making equipment, processing equipment, coffee machines, and other necessary equipment.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality standards in all products, ensuring they meet our company's expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and supervisors to ensure smooth production and meet customer demands.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing production schedules and demands.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Stand and/or walk for an entire shift, safely move about in all areas of the store, and perform duties in limited physical space with variable ventilation and extreme temperatures.
  • Communication Skills: Communicate cordially, effectively, and clearly with all team members, managers, supervisors, vendors, and guests.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and meet customer expectations.
  • Adaptability: Be able to work a variable and flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
