As a key member of our manufacturing operations team, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating robotic welding equipment, as well as providing technical support and training to other team members.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and maintain robotic welding equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Operate robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality products
- Provide technical support and training to other team members on the use and maintenance of robotic welding equipment
- Collaborate with the manufacturing operations team to identify and implement process improvements
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to robotic welding equipment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with a focus on machine operations and maintenance
- Experience with robotics, jigs, fixtures, and gas metal arc welding is preferred
