This program is designed for RNs with more than 12 months of continuous work experience, seeking to transition to a new specialty.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in a structured curriculum and hands-on learning experiences
- Work under the guidance of experienced preceptors
- Develop skills and knowledge in a new specialty
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty)
- Current National Certification in area of specialty (unless otherwise indicated)
