About the Role

As an RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health, you will embark on a guided transition into a new specialty through a structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning. This program is designed for RNs with more than 12 months of continuous work experience, seeking to transition to a new specialty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a structured curriculum and hands-on learning experiences
  • Work under the guidance of experienced preceptors
  • Develop skills and knowledge in a new specialty
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current National Certification in area of specialty (unless otherwise indicated)
