Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage Staff: Supervise four full-time staff members, including prioritizing and assigning work, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring staff is trained and developed.
- Manage Office Operations: Oversee office operations, including telephone and switchboard functions, document preparation, mail distribution, and records management.
- Coordinate Budget Preparation and Monitoring: Coordinate budget preparation and monitoring, including reviewing reports of revenue and expense forecasts, processing invoices, and drafting budget amendments.
- Manage Departmental Accounts Receivable and Purchasing Activities: Oversee departmental accounts receivable and purchasing activities, including sourcing, negotiating with vendors, and reviewing and approving requisition requests.
- Provide Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the department, including responding to public inquiries and complaints, and performing other duties as needed.
- Education: Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Three years of progressively responsible supervisory and related administrative support experience.
- Skills: Skilled in supervising and evaluating employees, knowledge of Tyler Technology's MUNIS, and valid driver's license.
- Competitive Salary: $48,678 - $65,715 annually.
