Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Beneficial Talent Source.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs on various equipment, including manufacturing machines, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and ensure smooth operation.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues, read electrical prints, and work with low and high-voltage systems (110V, 480V, 3-phase).
  • Repair and maintain HVAC and plumbing systems, including changing air conditioning filters, fixing leaks, and unclogging sinks.
  • Use carpentry tools for equipment repair and crafting crates for production and shipping.
  • Ensure the fire protection sprinkler system is functioning and conduct safety checks to maintain a safe workplace.
  • Manage inventory and order spare parts as needed to keep production running smoothly.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.
