Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Government Jobs. As an Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for operating a variety of medium to heavy automotive and construction equipment. This is a full-time position that requires the exertion of 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate medium to heavy automotive and construction equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Ensure equipment is in good working condition
- Work under the supervision of a Street Maintenance Crew Leader
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Ability to lift 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
