Job Title: Stock Associate

Gary's Wine & Marketplace is seeking a Part-Time Stock Associate to join our team. As a Stock Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining our store's inventory and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Restock and maintain displays and shelves to ensure a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving, inventory counts, and warehouse duties as needed.
  • Stock front-end supplies and cold boxes, and assist with carry-outs and spills.
  • Help guests find stock when requested and field guest questions as needed.
  • Build, update, and restock beer, wine, and liquor displays.
  • Verify product to tag on the shelf.
  • Monitor vintage changes and ensure that new vintages are properly handled.
  • Keep cold boxes filled and perform light cleaning and vacuuming as needed.
  • Perform inventory counts as requested and back up cashier staff as needed.
  • Maintain Front End supplies and perform carry-outs and assist guests with merchandise pickups.
  • Collect carts and watch for potential shoplifters.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks as directed by management.
Requirements:
  • Strong sense of customer service.
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs. and use store ladders.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
