About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Executive to lead our Cardiovascular Operations team at TEEMA. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall management of practice operations, ensuring alignment with our strategic plans, goals, mission, vision, and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Cardiovascular Operations team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement operating plans, analyzing financial and quality data to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders, promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Oversee the establishment of internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Lead operational efforts to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business results, including best-in-class patient satisfaction and customer service.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience at a senior level managing physician practice operations.
  • Proven track record of successfully growing, developing, integrating, and optimizing physician-led physician practice organizations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead cohesive and productive teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree in health administration or a related field preferred.
