Job Title: Cardiac Sonographer

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Sonographer to join our team at NYU Langone Health. As a Cardiac Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing echocardiography testing and assisting physicians in delivering safe and effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform all types of echocardiography testing, including transthoracic echocardiograms and stress echo.
  • Capture digital cardiac images and perform measurements correctly, recognizing pathology and customizing exams as needed.
  • Participate in practice performance improvement activities to optimize patient outcomes and quality care.
Requirements:
  • Technical Diploma from an accredited cardiac ultrasound program.
  • Appropriate credential in echocardiography, such as ARDMS or CCI.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
