Key Responsibilities:As an After-Hours RN, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to both clinical and non-clinical situations during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Conducting skilled nursing assessments and providing interventions and supportive care to home health and hospice patients.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered Ohio RN license.
- A minimum of three years of experience in acute care, medical-surgical, oncology, or geriatric nursing is required.
- Experience with a Medicare-certified home health agency is preferred.
- A valid driver's license, insurance, and a clean driving record are necessary.
