Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will address both clinical and non-clinical needs after standard business hours. Your duties will include conducting skilled nursing assessments, providing interventions, and delivering supportive care to home health and hospice patients during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications
  • Valid and unrestricted LPN license in the state of Ohio is required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in acute care, medical-surgical, oncology, or geriatric nursing is necessary.
  • Experience with a Medicare-certified home health agency is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
