Job Title: Plant Coordinator/Administrator II

Innova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Coordinator/Administrator II to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to the Plant Leadership Team and assist the HR Manager with local HR tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Plant Leadership Team, including preparing reports, processing mail, and filing.
  • Manage the Plant Manager's calendar and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate plant communications and assist with the coordination of site meetings.
  • Update and maintain production training records and plant audit dates.
  • Assist the HR Manager with proper documentation for new hires and employee transaction forms.
  • Assist with time-keeping and attendance tracking.
  • Provide general administrative support to the plant, including ordering and organizing supplies.
  • Plan and coordinate site activities, including community volunteer opportunities and celebrations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
