Position Summary:
As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the advancement of New Glenn, our heavy-lift spacecraft designed for transporting both personnel and cargo to diverse orbits.

  • Leverage your technical acumen and leadership capabilities to improve the safety standards of human spaceflight.
  • Oversee risk management processes, collaborating closely with engineering and program management teams to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential risks.
  • Manage the risk database, facilitate risk review meetings, and mentor team members throughout the risk management lifecycle.
  • Enhance metrics and reporting frameworks to deliver valuable insights into the risk management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Demonstrated success in formulating and executing strategies for effective risk mitigation.
  • Experience in the aerospace product lifecycle and risk management is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment and foster strong professional relationships.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and quality assurance.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Tableau.
Over 3 years of direct experience in Risk Management.
Background in aerospace vehicles or engines.
Knowledge of Primavera (P6), Doors Next Gen, CREO, Windchill, and Microsoft Suite.
