Job Title: Activities Assistant - Seaton Springwood

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee resident activities that cater to their physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Plan, schedule, and conduct programs that promote resident engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate events, set-ups, and breakdowns.
- Prepare and organize event calendars, ensuring seamless execution.

Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Social Work, Recreation, Sociology, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care working with memory care patients preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and encourage older adults.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
