- Expert Guidance: Act as a knowledgeable resource focusing on critical issues that contribute to inventory loss, including improper product entry, case/unit discrepancies, and quantity mismanagement.
- Implementing Policies: Drive results through comprehensive policy education and strategic initiatives designed to minimize losses at the front end.
