Job Summary

As a Loss Prevention Specialist at Restaurant Depot, you will play a critical role in protecting the company's assets and reducing shrinkage. Your responsibilities will include leading and conducting audits, analyzing data, and identifying trends to create actionable plans to mitigate risk. You will also serve as a subject matter expert, focusing on key issues causing shrink, such as improper keying of product, case/unit issues, and quantity key usage. Your goal will be to deliver results through policy guidance, education, and strategies to help reduce losses through the front end.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and conduct audits to identify areas of risk and opportunities for improvement
Analyze data and identify trends to create actionable plans to mitigate risk
Serve as a subject matter expert, focusing on key issues causing shrink
Deliver results through policy guidance, education, and strategies to help reduce losses
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive results

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or criminal justice
2+ years of experience in loss prevention, asset protection, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
