Job Description:
  • Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverage, and process transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting dining ambiance, exuding enthusiasm and warmth at all times.
  • Recommend menu items and provide daily specials, fostering a sense of excitement and discovery.
  • Communicate orders effectively to the kitchen and bar staff, prioritizing accuracy and timeliness.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens, showcasing expertise and confidence.
  • Prioritize teamwork and collaboration, actively participating in pre-shift meetings and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout the restaurant, adhering to safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and management, following established procedures to minimize losses and optimize revenue.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years of server experience in a fine dining, high-volume setting.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think on one's feet and adapt to fast-paced situations.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
  • Professional demeanor and polished appearance, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for prolonged periods, and navigate stairs safely.
