Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lead Service Ambassador to join our team at USHG. As a key member of our Service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have memorable experiences filled with hospitality, delicious food and drinks, and exceptional service.

About the Role

The Lead Service Ambassador is an integral part of our Service team and is ultimately responsible for the sale and service of our food and beverages, while acting as a leader on the floor and providing our guests with warm and attentive hospitality. In this role, you will demonstrate mastery of all food and beverage menu items, fluency of all ingredients and preparations, and the ability to make recommendations according to guest preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate expertise in our menu items and make informed recommendations to guests.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded throughout their dining experience.
  • Work closely with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout the restaurant.
  • Anticipate guest needs and take proactive steps to ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years' experience in a Service role in a similar environment.
  • English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and/or glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs.
