The successful candidate will work closely with the healthcare team to provide exceptional respiratory care to critically ill patients. Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating patient status and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Administering respiratory therapies, including ventilation and oxygen therapy.
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
Applicants must possess a current Ohio license and registration or certification (RT/CRT), as well as current BLS and ACLS certifications. Experience with pulmonary equipment and medications is highly desirable.
