The Role

kdc/one is seeking a Director of Production and Compounding to lead site production and compounding for their Groveport, OH manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will possess manufacturing leadership experience in an FDA/GMP regulated environment, managing frontline operations across multiple product lines, as well as functional expertise in manufacturing and continuous improvement.

The Director will report directly to the VP/Site Lead and will be based on-site in Groveport, OH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support site growth and customer satisfaction by instilling and implementing operational discipline to improve productivity, quality, customer service, and reduction in overall operating cost.
  • Lead site production and compounding operations, managing frontline teams and ensuring compliance with FDA/GMP regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational performance.
