Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is on the lookout for a Project Management Associate (Program Integrator) to become a vital member of our diverse and skilled team. This role will contribute to the Product Build Integrated Product Team (IPT) on a significant program. The primary focus will be on executing tasks that empower IPT leadership to attain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating integration between Product Build and Production IPTs.
  • Overseeing the operational elements of ongoing projects.
  • Acting as a liaison among IPT managers, Control Account Managers (CAMs), team members, and other program functions.

Regular Duties May Include:

  • Compiling and reporting data on actual charging metrics and financials to assist in staffing resource planning.
  • Supporting Change Request and Risk Management processes and gathering impact assessments.
  • Enhancing team SharePoint site and knowledge base resources.
  • Managing Program Access Requests (PARs).
  • Maintaining organizational charts.
  • Assisting in staff meetings, including facilitation, chart preparation, and tracking action items.
  • Coordinating engagement activities such as team recognition events and educational sessions.
  • Contributing to new business proposal development and team organization.
  • Supporting CAMs with monthly Earned Value (EV) data collection and analysis, variance reporting, and preparation for program reviews.
  • Evaluating project challenges and devising solutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, proactive initiative, and effective communication abilities.

We offer a Monday through Thursday work schedule from 6 am to 4:30 pm (4/10), exceptional learning opportunities, exposure to a diverse array of projects and clients, and a welcoming team atmosphere. Role Classification: This position may be filled as an Associate Program Integrator (Level 1) or a Program Integrator (Level 2) based on the qualifications outlined below.

Basic Qualifications for Associate Program Integrator:

  • Bachelor's degree with no prior experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project).
  • Capability to obtain and maintain DOD Secret Security Clearance as required.

Basic Qualifications for Program Integrator:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience in Project Management or Program Integration, or a Master's degree in a related field with no experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DOD Secret Security Clearance as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in project integration.
  • Knowledge of Risk/Issue/Opportunities (RIO/TRIO) management.
  • Certification or experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM).
  • Experience in scheduling.
  • Background in proposal writing.
  • Experience in the Aerospace and/or Defense sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer relations experience.
  • Proficiency in creating presentations.
  • Experience in event coordination.
