Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care to patients based on their unique needs and conditions
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in educational activities to maintain competence and gain new knowledge in general surgery and related specialties
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a compact license
  • Current BLS & ACLS certification
