Inpatient Rehab LPN

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team at Parham Doctors' Hospital. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing lab tests, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist with procedures and monitoring as directed by the physician or RN.
- Document patient care in the medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) licensure.
- Vocational school graduate.
