Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles, including inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to engines, transmissions, and other critical systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
- Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical issues on fleet vehicles.
- Work with the fleet manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless fleet operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree or technical certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair, with a focus on heavy duty trucks.
- ASE certifications in automotive or medium/heavy duty trucks.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and OSHA safety standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
