Job Title: Sexual Assault Advocate - Case Manager

At the Center for Women and Families, we are committed to disrupting the cycle of intimate partner and sexual violence. We are seeking a warm, caring, and empathetic individual to join our team as a Sexual Assault Advocate - Case Manager.

About the Role:

The Sexual Assault Advocate - Case Manager will provide trauma-informed case management, supportive counseling, advocacy, support groups, resources, and referrals to individuals impacted by sexual violence. This role will collaborate with community partners to support individuals and families impacted by violence.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide trauma-informed services to clients affected by sexual assault, including client intake/case planning, advocacy, case management, referrals, and crisis counseling
  • Facilitate support and psychoeducational groups
  • Assist sexual assault coordinators in community engagement, research, and development of materials for workshops/trainings
  • Provide outreach services and community collaboration
  • Provide legal advocacy before, during, and/or after an IPSV-related hearing, as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field may be substituted for a degree.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets CWF automobile insurance requirements.
  • Fluency in languages other than English is a plus.
