Key Responsibilities
  • Compile data for customer business reviews, rebates, price adjustments, and catalogs.
  • Ensure required documentation is submitted and on file, complete system setup, and process price file audits for price parity and contract compliance.
  • Process all assigned recurring reports and analyze data to make recommendations for ad hoc reports and audits.
  • Execute interdepartmental requests submitted through the shared inbox and respond in a timely manner.
  • Manage low-profile corporate customers by working cross-functionally to complete price adjustments and rebates.
  • Complete analysis for price file uploads to prevent loading low-profit pricing.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of corporate office experience required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office software/applications.
