Remote Psychotherapist Opportunity

OptiMindHealth is seeking a skilled and compassionate psychotherapist to join our team of clinicians. As a remote psychotherapist, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing high-quality behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH, working collaboratively with physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other licensed professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Customize treatment plans for each patient, determining the frequency and duration of sessions as needed.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, as well as psychological testing and assessment.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional patient care, with the support of OMH's back-office team handling billing, collections, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as psychology or social work.
  • Licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in the state of Arizona, with the ability to practice independently.
  • Experience working in an outpatient behavioral health setting, with a focus on integrated care and team-based approaches.
