As a mental health professional, this role plays a vital part in providing comprehensive mental health services and coordination of treatment with other healthcare professionals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine patients behavioral health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with planning of frequency, intensity, and duration of individual, group, and family therapies.
  • Provide individual therapeutic sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment with the opportunity to create group therapy options if needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Assess patient progress and modify treatment programs accordingly; communicates with and counsels family members as appropriate.
  • Provide crisis intervention in situations requiring immediate psychological treatment.
  • Document therapy in accordance with policies and procedures regarding medical records.
  • Implement and adhere to policies ensuring patient confidentiality.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
  • Licensed as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or licensure eligible in the state of Montana.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare field preferred.
