Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Manager will lead the Sales Team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). This role requires exceptional customer service skills to build customer loyalty and motivate sales associates to enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide coaching and training to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales performance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Physical Demands:
The Senior Sales Manager must be able to stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks as required by the job.
