We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Seating Specialist to join our team at Manpower Group Inc. As a key member of our payroll and tax team, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls using ADP Globalview and Enterprise eTime.
Key Responsibilities- Review pre-payroll error reports and upload adjustment templates to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Process various types of imputed income, such as relocation, stock options, and personal use of company car, to ensure proper year-end W2 reporting.
- Respond to inquiries relating to payroll and payroll systems, serving as a main point of contact for payroll and HR.
- Assist with activities relating to year-end bonus payments, executive comp payouts, and other year-end activities impacting employees.
- Reconcile tax payments and filings completed by ADP as needed.
- Update the Hourly and Salary Processing Procedures to accurately reflect changes in the processes and ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and internal audit requirements.
- Degree in business-related discipline (Business, Accounting, Finance, HR, etc.) or a minimum of 4 to 7 years in Payroll/Tax related positions.
- Basic knowledge of payroll tax and garnishment processing.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with little supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent English communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
