We're a pioneering company dedicated to revolutionizing cancer surgery by ensuring the removal of all cancer cells during the procedure. Our mission is to eliminate the recurrence of cancer by developing a surgical imaging system that can detect cancer cells 10,000 times more precisely than existing solutions in real-time.

The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Hardware Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our state-of-the-art platform. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with engineers, surgeons, and chemical biologists to create a cutting-edge solution that guides cancer surgery.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop clinical imager prototypes.
  • Assemble and test the prototype, spanning electronics and optics.
  • Characterize the core platform and electronics.
  • Develop imaging processing and computer vision algorithms, as well as the user and physician interface using InSyte's technology.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on laboratory experience.
  • Familiarity with electronics assembly.
  • Experience testing electronic components.
  • Expertise in computer vision and image processing.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with FPGA, PC Board design, and board-level assembly.
  • Imaging processing and computer vision expertise.
  • Familiarity with discrete electronics and PCB-level system testing.
