Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Perform thorough cleaning duties in all guest areas and public spaces, adhering to our departmental standards and checklists.
  • Guest Services: Respond promptly to guests' special requests for miscellaneous items, such as cribs, cots, extra towels, and other amenities.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Communication: Communicate room readiness and any issues to the Front Desk in a timely manner.
  • Maintenance and Safety: Report necessary maintenance items and follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with hotel housekeeping or related experience preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Adherence to housekeeping guidelines and checklist, knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation procedures, good interpersonal and customer service skills, good organizational skills and attention to detail, and ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Requirements: Able to stand for prolonged periods, climb ladders, climb stairs, walk hallways and perimeter of property, twist, bend, reach, and pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
