Role Responsibilities:
As a Radiology Technologist, your duties will include:
- Generating and assessing radiological images to aid the radiologist in the prompt interpretation necessary for patient care.
- Complying with image-specific protocols related to quality and safety as established by Johns Hopkins Medicine and relevant regulatory bodies.
- Exhibiting analytical skills essential for determining technical parameters for optimal exposure.
- Possessing practical knowledge of various digital radiography equipment and proficiency in PACS and RIS systems.
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a Radiography program from an AMA accredited institution.
- Valid Florida State Radiography License.
- ARRT certification.
- Current Basic Life Support certification from AHA.
Work Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Shift: Night Shift, Tuesday to Friday; On-Call required. Weekend work may also be necessary.
