Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential complications, and take proactive steps to prevent adverse events.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire or New Mexico Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year RN experience.
