Acute Care Registered Nurse

Covenant Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Acute Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Covenant Medical Center. As a member of our medical staff, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- 1 year RN experience
