Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Apple Services team. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and launching systems and processes that support the growth and enjoyment of Apple's media services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and launch projects, features, and programs for the ongoing evolution of Apple's services business and the associated customer experience.
  • Participate in the development and evolution of collaboration platforms used within the team and by our partners to track and prioritize projects and programs.
  • Report and drive project and program status across various businesses and lifecycles.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in project and process management with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and prioritization.
  • Experience creating and managing project workflows and timelines, leveraging collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Quip, Asana, Wrike, etc.
  • B.A./B.S or M.S. or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or Project Management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with and present to partners at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated expertise working effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of ambiguity, with only high-level direction.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
