We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a dynamic therapy services company.

About the Position:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess speech and language disorders that impact academic achievement.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that address each student's specific needs.
  • Deliver direct and indirect speech and language services to identified students.
  • Work in close partnership with classroom teachers and interdisciplinary teams to support students' speech and language development.
  • Continuously monitor student progress through observations and data collection, allowing for necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Maintain transparent and regular communication with caregivers, offering updates and strategies to foster continued growth at home.

Qualifications:

  • School-based and/or pediatric experience working with K-12th grade children.
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • A valid DE SLP license from the Delaware Division of Professional Regulation.
