Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work directly with students to assess, diagnose, and treat various speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language challenges.
  • Develop and execute personalized treatment plans for students.
  • Provide targeted therapy to address a wide range of communication issues.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in DE.
  • CCC-SLP preferred; CF candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
