Intensive Care Unit Lead

Job Summary:
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff on the intensive care unit.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and reduce risks.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track unit performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience as an RN in an ICU setting.
- Valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board.
- Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) or equivalent desired.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000-$115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
