RN Supervisor

We're seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to utilize your leadership skills to oversee the daily operations of our nursing staff, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care possible.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Director of Nursing in organizing and directing the day-to-day functions of the licensed and unlicensed nursing staff
• Admitting, discharging, and transferring patients as requested
• Maintaining accurate documentation and billing supplies
• Sending patients to the hospital as necessary
• Developing work assignments for unlicensed staff
• Making compliance rounds and reporting any pertinent issues

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• An active RN license to practice in the State of Georgia
• A nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or completion of an approved RN program
• Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
• Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
